Return Policy
We guarantee full satisfaction of all purchases. Any item(s) purchased from KIM may be returned within fifteen (15) days from the invoice date for full credit or refund. Simply return the item properly packaged and insured with a copy of the invoice. We must receive the returning item within 15 days to avoid a restocking charge.
Items received after 15 days but before 30 days from the invoice date will incur a 10% restocking charge.
Items returned from 31 days to 60 days from the invoice date will incur a 20% restocking charge.
We will not issue any credit for items returned after 60 days from the invoice date – unless pre-approved by us.

Item(s) that have been sized, altered or abused will not be accepted for return.
Special order items or custom made items will not be accepted for return.
Lifetime Warranty– Romance Diamond Bridal Collection ®
We offer a limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material & workmanship for all Romance Bridal Collection engagement rings and bands as well as all custom rings. KIM will repair or replace, at our option, any defective item covered by our warranty without charge. Normal wear and tear excluded. Defective item(s) should be returned to KIM, postage paid and properly insured.
Items that have been sized, altered (unless the work was done by us) or visually abused will not be covered by the Warranty. Damaged items not covered by the warranty may be repaired - but repair costs and handling charges may apply.
The Romance ring that you sell must be re-inspected at least every 6 months at your store for prong wear & general condition.
Lifetime Warranty does not cover center stones.
All other items sold by us will be covered by our standard RETURN POLICY
Bridal Ring Sizing
At your request we will perform ring sizing for a flat fee of $20. In most cases we are able to go up or down one size from our stock size 6, and will be able to ship out within 24 hours. Any sizing outside of this range will need to be special ordered from our factory, and will take 2 to 4 weeks. Any rings that have been sized (either by us or you) will be non-returnable.
Ethical Sourcing Policy
Kim International Conflict Diamond Policy
Kim International has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. Through measures such as the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, the industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations, polices diamond exports to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.
At KIM, we only purchase diamonds from the most respected suppliers who, like us, adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process. All KIM diamonds are warranted to be conflict free.
Diamonds are mined throughout the world, including major mines in Australia, Africa, Russia and Canada. Diamonds are a major source of good in many African nations, employing and providing healthcare to thousands. For more information on this issue, please visit DiamondFacts.org.
